Claudia Canu is a certified Nutritionist and Menopause Coach dedicated to helping women restore balance, energy, and confidence through holistic, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices. She specializes in guiding women through postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause — empowering them to create sustainable, nourishing habits that fit real life. Since 2017, Claudia has supported hundreds of women in improving their relationship with food, managing weight with compassion, and rebuilding wellbeing from the inside out. Her approach blends nutrition science, behavior change strategies, and mindful eating to promote long-term health and resilience. As a facilitator at Brightroom, Claudia leads corporate workshops on nutrition and menopause, and through her educational YouTube channel, she shares practical tools for women navigating hormonal transitions. Her work focuses on empowering women to understand their bodies, simplify healthy eating, and cultivate a positive, realistic approach to self-care.
