Our qualification criteria

We prefer coaches who are licensed by ICF or NBHWC, or licensed mental health professionals (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).

You have digital DNA: a strong understanding of digital solutions and a comfort with virtual coaching platforms.

You have Gender-Equivalent DNA.

You should have at least 300 coaching hours, preferably more than 500, demonstrating your commitment and experience in the field.

We’re looking for coaches with a resource-activating, solution-oriented attitude, who are passionate, kind, and empathetic.
