What kind of coaching and mentoring can I get?
You may ask mentors and coaches for any career or well-being advice. Specialists from various professional fields can be found on the app, and the requests differ depending on the field. For example, a career support request may look like ‘I need a career plan’ or ‘what skills should I learn to grow?’ or ‘I would like to become the head of my department, what leadership program may help me gain this position?’
Requests on well-being advice may look like ‘I would like to find gaps in my life and routine that harm my overall well-being’ or ‘how can I cope with stress on my own in a given situation’.
What’s more, you will get coaching or mentoring from women for women. Authentic coaching for women means you gain not only knowledge or development programs but also empathy and concern. We believe we should all work on promoting diversity in the workplace. By coaching women, we are striving to empower more of them to become leaders and stay healthy.
How do coaches and mentors hook me up with support, and in what format?
We offer two formats:
- coaching and mentoring through text support in the internal app chat
- coaching and mentoring through call sessions
How do I get the coach's advice?
- Sign in.
- Select a coach or a mentor using a convenient filter. Study the selected mentor's profile to ensure your request is relevant to the mentor's experience and professional expertise.
- Choose a convenient format of the mentor’s support (texting support or video call). If a call session is selected, also choose the date and time of the future online meeting.
- Pay for the mentor’s support. Use any convenient way. An internal chat with the mentor will be created, where the mentor and mentee can set up a meeting, agree on the most comfortable software for the call session, and discuss other details. Alternatively, you may ask your question at once if the texting support format was selected in the previous step.

How do we roll with a mentor call session?
First, the mentor and mentee agree on the software they will use for the call session (it can be any platform or app) in the internal app chat. Then, you meet online at the scheduled time, discuss your question and request, gain knowledge, support, and confidence during the mentoring process. One call session is a 30-minute online video meeting.
The meeting and consultation is private and personal. Miranna doesn't provide any administrative support nor record call sessions.
How do I slide into text support with a mentor?
Choosing text support means that the internal chat with the mentor or coach will be created right after payment, and you will be able to ask your questions right away.
What do I need to prep for the session?
Provide a detailed description of your request, which will help you find the most suitable coaches and mentors. Also, describe your goals and the results you expect from the meetings. Think about or jot down all the questions you would like to ask a coach or mentor before embarking on your journey.
We recommend that all coaches find a quiet place with a stable internet connection and enjoy the conversation.
