Content & Learning Editor – AI-Driven Educational Video & Podcast Curation

We are looking for a Content & Learning Editor to research, curate, and produce short-form educational videos from books, podcasts, and expert insights. This role involves leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models) to generate structured summaries, refining these into scripts for AI video editors, and overseeing the final video and audio production for our app.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):

As the Content & Learning Editor, you will be responsible for finding, structuring, and producing AI-powered educational content for our app. You will work with LLMs and AI video editor to create engaging short-form videos based on female-focused books, podcasts, and expert insights.

• Identify top books, podcasts, and expert talks relevant to women’s personal growth, career, relationships, health, self-improvement and so on.
• Stay Updated: monitor trending topics and high-impact authors and speakers in the self-development space.
• Feed books & podcasts into LLMs: use Notebook LM or other AI tools to generate structured summaries of books and podcasts.
• Edit & refine summaries: review, fact-check, and enhance AI-generated summaries for clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Create engaging learning experiences: turn text summaries into structured educational courses or short learning modules for Miranna.
• Develop video/audio scripts: convert refined summaries into engaging, structured scripts suitable for short-form videos.
• Ensure quality control: review AI-generated videos and audio (by AI video editor), ensuring they align with Miranna’s learning style, branding, and user engagement goals.
• Publish completed educational videos and accompanying materials into the Miranna app, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

‍Who you are:

You have experience in structured learning & course creation – You’ve worked in education, instructional design, content strategy, or editorial roles focused on structuring information into learning formats.

You understand female-focused topics – You are familiar with personal growth, career development, relationships, mental well-being, and self-improvement, particularly for women.

You are skilled at distilling complex ideas – You know how to take long-form content (books, podcasts) and break it down into structured, digestible learning experiences.

You’re comfortable with AI tools & LLMs – You understand AI-driven content creation, know how to work with LLMs to extract insights, and can refine AI-generated outputs.

You can write engaging video scripts – You have experience creating structured educational content, online courses, or video scripts for learning-focused platforms.

You can manage AI-generated content workflows – You can coordinate with AI video editors and refine outputs to meet high-quality standards.

You can create engaging learning materials – You know how to develop quizzes, exercises, PDFs, and practical guides that make learning interactive and valuable.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working with AI-powered content creation tools.

• Background in journalism, editorial work, or instructional design.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, online courses, or mobile learning apps.

• Experience in growth content strategies (how content drives user retention and engagement).

• Basic video editing skills to tweak AI-generated outputs when needed.
