The Coach Relationship Manager searches for, reaches out to, hires, and supports passionate female coaches and mentors to deliver a quality coaching experience globally to our female users.
You will build the Coach Relationship frameworks and community from scratch, working closely with the rest of the startup team, with direct responsibility for the quality of the coaching experience. Later, you will hire additional managers for your team.
Our startup team comes from different countries. We speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Location: Remote. All our team members are located in Europe.
Responsibility:
Lead the Coach Relations part to ensure the best coaching experience for our users and an exciting journey for our coaches—this will be your mission :) and ours!
- Search for coaches, create a database of coaches, and reach out to them through social media or other channels.
- Verify coaches' CVs, backgrounds, and profiles.
- Create and expand our global coach pool while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Pitch Miranna to coaches, presenting our mission and concept.
- Onboard coaches and support them throughout their journey with Miranna, ensuring a seamless coaching program experience for both coaches and coachees, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the product team to manage platform development, ensuring it meets coaches' needs and enhances user experience.
- Collect and interpret coach feedback, suggesting actionable improvements for team and organizational practices.
- Build the coach community from scratch.
- Work with HR to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent, improving employee satisfaction.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Account Management or similar roles, ICF certificate is a plus.
- Languages: Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus, Russian is an option.
- Education: University degree or equivalent education or relevant work experience.
- Service and Customer Centricity: Consideration of the entire customer journey and anticipation of customer needs beyond the single transaction
- Analytical Skills: Highly quantitative, capable of defining, interpreting reports and KPIs and deriving action plans.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities and advocate for time management and prioritization within the team.
- Personal Development: Strong interest in personal development and coaching.
